• Primarily Bearwallow-Wolfey soils, which produce wines with savory, spice influenced flavors and more pronounced tannic structure
• 50% whole-cluster
• 3-Week Native yeast fermentation with daily punch downs
• Aged 12 months in French oak (25% new)
