Garnier & Fils uses traditional, environmentally friendly, organic practices.  The family ferment with natural yeast and age the wines in very large barrels or stainless often harvesting later than other neighbors.

Like a single vineyard site, this Petit Chablis comes from a great site of 2.2 hectares. Six months in stainless steel tanks help to maintain purity of the fruit and of the terroir.  Plenty of yellow apple, lemon curd and mild salinity give a fresh but full mouthfeel.
